Managing Director

A recognized authority in clean fuel policies, Clarence leads GCGF’s efforts to provide strategic guidance to governments and industries in advancing sustainable fuel strategies across Asia and emerging markets. With over 30 years of experience in energy policy, fuel standards and decarbonization, he has advised policymakers globally on clean energy transitions. He also contributes to international platforms including UNEP’s PCFV and Clean Air Asia and is a frequent speaker at global forums on low-carbon fuel solutions.

Communications Manager

A strategic communicator, Liyin shapes GCGF’s messaging to drive visibility, influence policy narratives and build stakeholder alignment across the green fuels ecosystem. She leads efforts in public affairs, media relations, and content strategy, translating technical insights into accessible narratives that advance GCGF’s mission. Her work plays a key role in expanding the Centre’s reach and impact across Asia and beyond.

With a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach, Stephanie strengthens the organization’s financial health, enabling long-term growth and impact in the global biofuels sector.

A seasoned energy and maritime executive, Chris brings over two decades of global experience advancing clean fuel solutions across shipping, chemicals, and infrastructure. At GCGF, he supports efforts to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon marine fuels, drawing on deep expertise in alternative fuel policy and market development.

With a practical understanding of both production and commercial aspects, he connects the dots between feedstock trade flows, industry stakeholders, and market development, for the collective goals of the industry.

With over two decades of experience at companies including ExxonMobil, Infineum, and BASF, he brings deep industry and technical expertise to GCGF’s work in advancing low-carbon energy solutions in Asia-Pacific and beyond.
